Payments

we accept payments through PayPal, including cards and Paypal credit for secure and easy shopping! __________________________________________________________________ 

Shipping 

✧ Orders are processed through the week and delivered to the post office on the next Saturday

All orders placed after Friday 6:00 PM (pacific time) will be shipped on the following Saturday

 Shipping is calculated based on cost of packaging, cost of shipping, plus additional charges per extra item due to added weight. 

We Use USPS as our main carrier 

Domestic shipping 

✧ Domestic shipping takes 1-5 days  

✧ tracking number is included 

 International shipping 

 ✧ International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks. 

 ✧ Tracking number is included until it leaves the US territory, once it arrives at the receiving country it will be delivered to the country's postal services, who then will be the ones responsible for delivering the package to the destination. 

 ✧ We are not responsible for any extra customs fees that may be charged on other countries.

 ✧ EU Customers: Due to the new VAT laws that went into effect on the 1st of July 2021, you will likely receive VAT charges upon delivery of your order. By purchasing from our store you understand that you may have to pay VAT upon delivery. __________________________________________________________________

  Return Policy  

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless damaged or incorrect. All sales are final. In case of receiving incorrect or damaged item please contact us with photos of the damaged product including your order number 

 We are not responsible for items once shipped! we are not liable for any lost packages delivered through United States Postal Service or any other third parties. Please check with your local post office first to see if they may have the package on hold first! Doki Rosi cannot replace or offer a refund for missing orders.
